PokéPricr is a collector pricing guide for Pokémon trading cards. Prices are comps and estimates, including The Trade. Confirm solds before you bid. Not financial, investment, or appraisal advice. TCGPlayer supplies raw solds and asks. PriceCharting supplies graded 10–1 when the match lands. eBay is a link or an empty state unless a real solds feed exists. PokéPricr is not a marketplace and not a grader.

PokéPricr is not the App Store app “Poké Pricer.” It is not affiliated with Nintendo, Pokémon, PSA, CGC, TAG, Beckett, AGS, PriceCharting, TCGPlayer, or Stripe. A modeled slab overlay is not a real cert.

You must be 13 or older to create an account. We check date of birth on PokéPricr logins. Google sign-in requires you to confirm the same. We do not create accounts for anyone under 13. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 13, we close it.

You can create a PokéPricr login with a username, password, display name, full name, email, and billing address, or continue with Google. We do not offer sign-in with X. You are responsible for the credentials on that account and for activity under it. Keep your password to yourself. One person, one account. We may refuse or close an account that is shared, automated, abusive, or created to evade a ban.

A 7-day trial starts once, on first account create. The same email does not get a second trial. An optional referral code does not start a second trial and does not change the $2.99 price. After the trial, membership is $2.99 USD per month via Stripe, billed monthly until you cancel. Stripe processes the card. PokéPricr does not store full card numbers.

Cancel from the signed-in account menu, or through Stripe’s Customer Portal if Stripe provides one for your subscription. Cancel stops the next charge and leaves access through the paid period (cancel-at-period-end). When that period ends, member features lock. Search, set grids, and the card header stay available. Resubscribe starts the $2.99 monthly membership again. Delete account ends remaining time immediately. Refunds follow the refund policy.

We may change the membership price with notice to the email on the account.

Search, set grids, and the card header stay available unsigned and after a lapse. Grade ROI, scan, pin / watch / named portfolios, price movement, the 10–1 ladder and population when PriceCharting has counts, the TCGPlayer solds desk, and The Trade are member features during the trial and while a paid period is open. That desk shows last sale and time, an average of the last five sales when five prints exist, a short earlier sales list, and up to four lowest listed asks with shipping. Empty grades stay blank. Sealed product uses TCGPlayer solds only. Features can change as the market feeds change. We do not promise a specific card will always have a PriceCharting book.

Use the desk for lawful collector card pricing. Do not scrape the desk to resell the feed. Do not bulk-harvest our pages or the third-party feeds we query. Do not attempt to break sign-in, overload the service, or impersonate another member. Do not upload scans of anything other than a Pokémon card you are identifying.

Recents and named portfolios stay on this device until you log in, then copy onto your account once and follow that login across devices. Scan photos are used to identify a printing and are discarded. You grant PokéPricr a limited license to process a scan solely to return a match. You represent that you have the right to submit that photo.

Google handles optional Google sign-in. Stripe handles the $2.99/month membership. TCGPlayer and PriceCharting supply market data. Their terms and privacy policies apply to what they process. Outages or gaps in those services can leave a report thin; that is not a breach by PokéPricr.

PokéPricr, the desk layout, and our original copy are ours. Pokémon and related marks belong to their owners. Card images come from the market sources we query. You may not copy the product, scrape the reports, or use our name to imply an endorsement.

The desk is provided as is. Prices are comps and estimates. Data can be wrong, delayed, unmatched, or modeled when PriceCharting has no book. A modeled slab overlay is not a real cert. Confirm solds before you bid. Not financial, investment, or appraisal advice. We disclaim warranties of accuracy, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PokéPricr is not liable for lost profits, lost cards, failed trades, or indirect damages, or for amounts above the membership fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits; there they apply only as far as the law permits.

You may stop using the desk at any time. Signed-in members can cancel or delete the account from the account menu. Canceling keeps remaining trial or paid time. Deleting the account ends remaining time immediately and removes the login, profile, and billing. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. A used trial is not restarted on the same email. Device copies remain until you clear them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where a mandatory consumer law in your place of residence says otherwise.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
