Privacy policy

PokéPricr is a collector pricing desk for Pokémon TCG at pokepricr.com. Raw singles and sealed markets come from TCGPlayer. Graded 10–1 books come from PriceCharting when the match lands. This policy covers the site, in-app account creation, optional Google sign-in, the 7-day trial, and the $2.99 USD/month membership.

Prices on the desk are comps and estimates. Confirm solds before you bid. Not financial, investment, or appraisal advice. TCGPlayer supplies raw solds and asks. PriceCharting supplies graded 10–1 when the match lands. eBay is a link or an empty state unless a real solds feed exists. PokéPricr is not the App Store app “Poké Pricer,” and is not affiliated with Nintendo, Pokémon, PSA, CGC, TAG, Beckett, AGS, PriceCharting, TCGPlayer, or Stripe.

PokéPricr login. When you create an account we collect a username, password, optional display name, full name, email, billing address (street, city, region, postal code, country), and date of birth. We use the date of birth only to confirm you are 13 or older. We also store account timestamps and trial/membership status. We do not create accounts for anyone under 13.

Google. You may also sign in with Google after confirming you are 13 or older and agreeing to this policy, the terms of service, and the refund policy. Google sends us the name, email, and profile image attached to that Google account. We do not offer sign-in with X.

Membership and payments. A 7-day trial starts once, on first account create. The same email does not get a second trial. After the trial, membership is $2.99 USD per month via Stripe. Stripe processes the card. We store membership status, trial dates, and the Stripe customer id and subscription status Stripe sends back. We do not store full card numbers, CVC, PIN, last4, or brand. We do not collect a card on the account-create form.

On your device, then on your account. Recents and named portfolios stay on this device until you log in. After you create an account or sign in, we copy them onto the account once and keep them there across devices. Unsigned visits do not start a trial.

Scan. A photo you scan is sent so we can read the printing. We use it to match a card, then discard it. We do not keep a photo gallery of your scans.

Use of the desk. Search, card, and sealed lookups go to TCGPlayer and PriceCharting so we can fill prices. Those requests include the printing you asked for, not your name.

We use this information to run the desk, keep you signed in, verify age, start the 7-day trial, bill the $2.99/month membership through Stripe, remember recents and portfolios on your account after you log in, and fix product issues. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your account to advertise other people’s products.

Data processors: Stripe (payments), Google (optional sign-in), TCGPlayer and PriceCharting (price lookups). Stripe sees what it needs to charge $2.99 a month. Google sees the sign-in you start with it. TCGPlayer and PriceCharting see the card or sealed product being priced, not your account. Hosting and auth infrastructure that serve this site may process the same records to keep the service up. We do not share personal information for their marketing.

Account and membership records stay while your account is open. When you delete the account from the signed-in menu, remaining trial or paid time ends, we remove the profile, membership row, and login, and we cancel any Stripe subscription tied to it immediately. Recents and portfolios stored on the account are removed with it. A used trial is remembered by email so the same email does not get a second trial. Browser copies last until you clear site data. Scan photos are not stored as a collection.

You can sign out from the account menu. Sign-out clears the session, not the account copy of recents, portfolios, or the trial. You can clear the device copy by clearing this site’s data in your browser. While you are signed in, the account menu lets you cancel the monthly membership, resubscribe for $2.99 a month, or delete the account. Cancel stops the next charge and leaves access through the paid period. After that period, member features lock. Search, set grids, and the card header stay available. Delete account ends remaining time now. For a copy or deletion of your data, email Support@PokePricr.com. Refunds follow the refund policy.

PokéPricr is not directed at children under 13. You must be 13 or older to create an account. In-app signup checks date of birth. Google sign-in requires the same confirmation. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child gave us an account, email Support@PokePricr.com from a parent or guardian address and we will delete it.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. Keep using PokéPricr after a change means you accept the revised policy.
