Refund policy

Prices are comps and estimates. Confirm solds before you bid. Not financial, investment, or appraisal advice. TCGPlayer supplies raw solds and asks. PriceCharting supplies graded 10–1 when the match lands. eBay is a link or an empty state unless a real solds feed exists. PokéPricr is not the App Store app “Poké Pricer,” and is not affiliated with Nintendo, Pokémon, PSA, CGC, TAG, Beckett, AGS, PriceCharting, TCGPlayer, or Stripe.

Default: no refund or proration of the $2.99 month for unused days, missing books, a slow market feed, or a change of mind. After the 7-day trial, membership is $2.99 USD per month via Stripe. Each paid month is earned when that period starts.

The 7-day trial is free. It starts once, on first account create. There is nothing to refund during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first $2.99. Sign in and cancel from the account menu before the trial ends. Those controls stay hidden until you log in.

We will refund when required by law. We will also correct a documented Stripe double-charge or unauthorized charge. Email Support@PokePricr.com from the email on the account. Include the charge date and what went wrong. That correction is not a discretionary refund for unused time.

Chargebacks go through Stripe and the card issuer under their rules. Report an unauthorized charge you did not make to them and to us at Support@PokePricr.com.

Cancel from the signed-in account menu. Cancel stops the next charge and leaves access through the paid period. We do not bill another month unless you subscribe again. Delete account in that same menu removes the login, profile, and billing and is the only action that ends remaining time immediately. Canceling or deleting does not create a refund for a period that already started, unless a law requires one.
